This is only an approved proposed slate of Officers – not  the elected leadership for the upcoming year. Individual ballots will be sent via email in September. Balloting for 2009 will be using our secure on-line service.

According to our By-Laws, under Article XI, Section 4, Election of Officers and Directors, it states:

"The Board approved slate of officers shall be noticed to each member eligible to vote no later than August 10^th. Additional candidates for the offices and directorships to be filled may be placed in nomination by a petition signed by at least five percent (5%) of the SCAOR membership in good standing. The petition shall be filed with the Executive Vice President by noon on the last working day of the month of August (August 29^th). The Executive Vice President shall verify that signatures are authentic and that the petitioners are members in good standing of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS^® and they meet SCAOR voting eligibility requirements, and will place any additional candidates on the ballot."
