SANDY GREENE 2010 PRESIDENT-ELECT Licensed in Delaware and a member of Sussex County Association of REALTORS® since 1984, Sandy is now an Associate Broker & Sales Manager with ResortQuest. Along with actively listing and selling real estate, Sandy assists her team of agents, as needed, with their listing and contracts in addition to mentoring newly licensed ResortQuest agents. Sandy has long been active with SCAOR. She has served on various committees including MLS Committee, Forms Committee, Professional Standards, and served as Chair when the decision was made to change our previous MLS provider to our current vendor, Innovia. She currently teaches various classes for the Association and currently serves on the MLS Committee as Chair. Sandy also holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation along with the e-Pro designation. She is proud and honored to be a REALTOR® of the Year nominee in 2004 and 2009. In her spare time, Sandy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons on the beach soaking up the sunshine, sailing on the numerous bays or boating in the ocean. Sandy is looking forward to assisting her fellow REALTORS® by serving as 2010 President Elect for SCAOR.
