TRINA JOYNER 2010 1st VICE PRESIDENT Trina's been a licensed REALTOR® with Home Team Realty since 2003. She's licensed in DE and MD and since that time has earned and completed the requirements for the CRS designation. Trina, along with her husband Rodney (also a licensed REALTOR®), combine their talents and dedication to serving the real estate community as the "Joyner Team." Aside from being a part of the team, Trina is presently showing her commitment by serving as the Committee Chairperson for the Equal Opportunity - Diversity Committee and is a Sussex County Association of REALTORS® Board Director. In addition, Trina completed the "At Home with Diversity" course in 2005. In 2007, she completed the "Train the Trainer" course for AHWD, sponsored by NAR at the 2007 Midyear Convention in DC. Trina was a 2007 ROTY Candidate and is currently the 2007 President's Award Recipient. With the desire to bring awareness and seek solutions, Trina embraces the many opportunities available in the changing market today in preparation for the future. The opportunity awarded to serve the community and her peers in real estate thus far has been a real honor for Trina. She looks forward to continuing to serve as a candidate for the 2008 Board of Directors. Outside of real estate, Trina enjoys spending time with family, friends, and going to the movies, as well as volunteering as a member of the Seaford Kiwanis Club.
