Check out the flyer! Share it with your office mates and family. We need plenty of shoppers for this huge project of helping others. Again, a huge THANK YOU to all who donated auction items, sponsored, and attended this year's SCAOR Annual RCS Auction! RE/MAX Realty Group in Rehoboth won the "Most Creative Basket" for the auction this year. Their basket was titled "Football Fanatics" which included tickets to a Redskins/Eagles game. The basket raised $6,000 although the decision was not based on the amount raised. The committee just made this decision at their last meeting. There were many baskets in the running! See the full listing of basket winners here >> ![]() If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services. Whatever your thoughts on the war, our servicemembers need our support. Please take a minute to thank them for their service.

All previously published phone numbers and email addresses are now redirected to the new information center. Please update your records with the new contact information. The mailing address will remain the same but it is important that mail be addressed to a board/commission, NOT to a specific member. EFFECTIVE AS OF NOVEMBER 1, the contact information is as follows:
MLS COMMITTEE
![]() We frequently hear, "How do I get on the MLS Committee?" The MLS Committee is governed by the SCAOR By-Laws which explain the 12 member Committee must have a specific composition of Brokers of Record (designated REALTORS®), Brokers, and agents. We must ensure a balance in several different areas. Additionally, experience with MLS and other technology is extremely important. Members are appointed in staggered terms since knowledge and continuity are critical for the success of the MLS Operations. Members must be willing to work many hours beyond the meetings to accomplish the business. We will post vacancies and recruit for this committee separately from other committee recruitment. ON THE SAFE SIDE
![]()
To be on the SAFE SIDE, please review the MLS Rules and Regulations to eliminate errors in the system that could lead to MLS violations and fines. To print out a copy of the rules, simply click on "standard forms" in InnoVia. Click on "2005 MLS fine system-rev07-04.pdf" for a complete list of MLS violations and fines associated with them. For the latest version of the MLS Rules and Regulations, click on "2007 MLS Rules.pdf." These rules and regulations have been submitted and reviewed by NAR and are in full compliance with National Association policy.
