Rental Matters

Do you remember this song?

Splish splash I was taking a bath . . . all about a Saturday night
(On Call night - no time for a bath!)

Rub a dub just relaxin' in the tub thinking' everything was all right
(Not during the summer!)

Well I stepped out of the tub put my feet on the floor
(Floors are sticky - I need a cleaner now!)

I wrapped the towel around me and I opened the door
(Where are my towels & linens?)

And then a splish splash I jumped back in the bath
(Tub drain is clogged! I need maintenance!)

How was I to know there was a RENTAL PARTY GOIN' ON!

Don't miss this one!

This week's topic is AIDS Disclosure.

I just finished teaching the Agent's Core Concepts class, and I thought it would have been good for a discussion to have taken place on AIDS Disclosure in the Fair Housing section of the class.

ETHICALLY SPEAKING...

How do you think the Professional Standards Panel ruled in last week's At A Glance? Below is the Hearing Panel's decision.

Case #8-1: Failure to Put Deposit in Separate Account

It was the conclusion of the Hearing Panel that REALTOR® A was in violation of Article 8 of the Code of Ethics for having failed to put Buyer C's earnest money deposit in a special account separate from his personal funds.
