Rather than purchase artwork, we would like to "show off" prints and pictures our members have taken or made of Sussex County. We know that some of you have beautiful work for us to frame and display. You may loan or donate your favorite to us. AND YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO BE INVOLVED!

SCAOR does not endorse any candidate; however, your Government Affairs Committee and DAR's DELPAC have met and interviewed many candidates. Our focus is on issues related to property rights such a eminent domain, Comprehensive Land Use plans, and real property tax.

You, as a REALTOR^®, know the issues and concerns that impact our profession and our communities. Please, make sure you know the candidates' positions on these issues. Some are better informed than others, and some are not well informed at all on key issues. Get involved in a local campaign and make a difference. Candidates need support working the polls, phone banks, and other assignments. Election day is about more than dollars and contributions....it is about votes and voters.

TIP for Volunteering: Don't be afraid to call on the weekend - campaign offices are open and still wanting volunteers. If you go to google.com and enter a search phrase including "Delaware campaign volunteer" and the candidate you wish to volunteer for, the correct website and local office for you to volunteer at will likely be in the top 3 search returns.
