SentriLock Q & A

SentriLock users can now receive showing notifications by e-mail. You can elect to receive the notifications as they are reported to the SentriLock server or to receive all reported notifications at a specific time each day.

To use this feature:

Place your SentriCard in the card reader
Select Login
Go to Manage My Account

(Note: Users with multiple permissions should select their "Agent" permission when logging in to make this section available).

Within account management, you will see a "Showing Notification" section and the options for receiving notifications.

You must make sure that you have a valid e-mail address recorded in the account profile. Your e-mail address is listed at the bottom of the account management page.

After making selections and/or updating your e-mail address, be sure to save your changes.

Please remember that once a property is shown, the server is not aware of the showing until such time, as the showing agent updates their SentriCard. The convenience of having a longer renewal period is in conflict with the ability to provide timely showing notifications.
