Have you amended your Listing Agreement?

If you don't know what I'm talking about, you need to attend the August 16 class being held at SCAOR on the new Agency Law.

That's right - the new Agency Law. So if we're not practicing Agency the correct way, we could be breaking the law.

The new State contract should be ready in about 30 days, and it will contain all the prescribed Agency language. However, in the meantime, Andy Taylor has prepared an Addendum on Agency for our sales contract, and we all should be using it.
