Children's Listing Agreement

Selling a house is not just an adult endeavor. How many times have you listed a home, or shown a home listed for sale, and upon entry into the property, kids' things were everywhere? So, let's get the kids involved! Have them sign a Children's Listing Agreement.

Here's an example:

CHILDREN'S LISTING AGREEMENT
Happy Guy I know that my mom and dad have asked (REALTOR®'S name) to sell our house.
Happy Guy I know that (REALTOR®'S name) is going to work really hard to find someone to buy our house. And I want them to have as much fun in our house as I do.
Happy Guy I want to help too! And (REALTOR®'S name) said I could be a part of his/her team if I took care of the following chores:

____make my bed in the morning.

____pick up my clothes in my bedroom.

____pick up all my toys and put them away.

____help my mom and dad with the dishes, so the kitchen looks nice.

   ____keep the bathrooms clean.

____help my mom turn on lights when someone is going to look at the house.

____do everything my mom and dad ask me to do so we can sell the house.
