Still looking for business? Company phones haven't started to ring again? Well, what are you going to do about it? Sit around and wait for it to happen? Not if you're smart! Activity breeds activity! So, let's generate some business.

Make a list. Call it "Who Do I Know", and then start calling these people and ask them if they know of anyone who might be interested in buying or selling real estate. After you've called them, send them a short thank you note for taking the time to talk with you. Enclose your business card. You may be surprised at the business you generate.

2. Who are my children's best friends?
3. Who can I call in my family?
4. Who cuts my hair?
5. Who drives my children's school bus?
6. Where do I buy my gas from?
7. Where do I get my car washed?
8. Who sold me my present car?
9. Who is my doctor?
10. Who is my pharmacist?
11. Who is my dentist?
12. Who is my Pastor, Priest, Rabbi?
13. Who is my favorite teller at my bank?
14. Who is my stock broker?
15. Who is my financial planner?
16. Who is my attorney?
17. To whom do I send my settlements?
18. Who do I know at my favorite restaurant?
19. Who do I play golf with?
20. Who do I play tennis with?
21. Who do I know at my children's sports games?
22. Who picks up my trash?
23. Who cuts my grass?
24. Who do I know in my neighborhood?
25. Who takes care of my pets?
26. Who prepares my taxes?
27. Who do I know at the local country club?
28. Who do I know at the local bars?
29. Who do I know in my alumni association?
30. Who is your mailman?
